Joint Stock Company “National Company “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation “Zhetysu” was established by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2007 No. 320. In November 2018, the Joint-Stock Company “National Company “Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Zhetysu” was renamed into the Joint-Stock Company “Regional Development Institute “Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Zhetysu”.
The sole shareholder of the SEC “Zhetisu” is the Akimat of the Zhetysu region.
The founder of JSC “RIR “SEC “Zhetisu” is the Akimat of the Zhetysu region represented by the State Institution “Management of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Zhetysu region”.
