The Management Board makes decisions in the interests of and pursuant to the decisions of the shareholders (sole shareholder) and the Board of Directors.
The competence of the Management Board is provided for by Article 59 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 2003 No. 415-II On Joint Stock Companies, other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the joint stock company.
