Currently, the SEC with the designated purpose of “Construction and maintenance of roadside service facilities” owns the following land plots:
- a land plot with an area of 5 hectares in the Enbekshikazakhsky district (Koramsky s / o) for placing objects of category A, 109 km from Almaty;
- a land plot with an area of 5 hectares in the Enbekshikazakhsky district (Baltabaysky rural district) for placing objects of category B, 48 km from the city of Almaty;
- a plot with an area of 5 hectares in the Uygur region (from reserve lands) for placing objects of category C, 202 km from the city of Almaty;
- a plot of 5 hectares in the Akterek rural district of the Zhambyl region for placing objects of category B, 123 km from the city of Almaty.

OBJECTS OF ROAD SERVICE OF CATEGORY “A” are a multifunctional complex of road services, including various types of services for road users and occupying a single territory. Requirements for roadside service facilities are described in the National Standard 2476-2014.
CATEGORY B ROAD SERVICE FACILITIES are designed for long rest breaks, offering a wide range of road service facilities. Requirements for roadside service facilities are described in the National Standard 2476-2014.
Objects of road service “C” are intended for short-term rest breaks and meeting the urgent needs of road users. Requirements for roadside service facilities are described in the National Standard 2476-2014.
ROAD SERVICE FACILITIES “D” are designed for short-term rest breaks and meeting the urgent needs of road users and fueling a car (gasoline, diesel or NGV fuel). Requirements for roadside service facilities are described in the National Standard 2476-2014.
