JSC “RDI “SEC “Zhetisu” (hereinafter – the Company) owns a commercial property – an operational social store with a total area of 149.7 sq.m., located at: Taldykorgan city, “Samal” microdistrict, building 43 (hereinafter – the Store).

In order to stabilize prices on the domestic market and ensure its supply with food products, the Company is implementing a project titled “Organization and Management of a Social Store” (hereinafter – the Project). The Project provides for the long-term transfer of the Store under a joint activity agreement (without forming a legal entity) under the following terms:

  • The Company transfers the premises of 149.7 sq.m. located at: Taldykorgan, “Samal” microdistrict, building 43, for management;
  • The social store sells socially important food products, including those supplied from the regional stabilization fund;
  • The store prioritizes the sale of food products from local producers;
  • The Partner organizes and manages the social store;
  • The Partner reimburses the Company for renovation and equipment expenses;
  • The Partner bears the costs of proper maintenance of the store;
  • The Partner provides a performance security deposit in the amount of 300,000 KZT.

         Applications will be accepted until September 1, 2025, inclusive. However, the Company reserves the right to extend the application period at its discretion.

A joint activity agreement will be concluded between the Company and the Partner.

In this regard, the Company announces the acceptance of applications from potential partners for the implementation of the joint Project at the address: Taldykorgan, “Samal” microdistrict, building 43.
