Acceptance of applications for the implementation of a joint investment project at the facility at the address: Almaty region, Kapshagai.

Joint Stock Company Regional Development Institute “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation “Zhetisu” (hereinafter – the Company) announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the implementation of a joint investment project at the facility at the address: Almaty region, Kapchagai, the Northern coast of the Kapshagai reservoir, recreation area “Emerald”, building No. 115.
Brief description of the object:
Land area-0.6798 ha
The total area of the building is 476 sq.m.
Cadastral number:03-055-274-565
Purpose: for the maintenance of the facility – recreation center.

Applications will be accepted until March 14, 2022 inclusive, while the Company reserves the right to extend the application acceptance period at its discretion.

The required list of documents for participation is indicated in the attached Rules for Consideration and Selection of Investment projects (Appendix No. 1)
