In the Almaty region, two new enterprises were launched with a total cost of 2.5 billion tenge of investment funds. This is a plant for the production of household electric and gas stoves of ATTZ LLP with a capacity of up to 200 thousand stoves per year and the creation of 200 new jobs. And also the confectionery factory LLP “Yakar”, where it is planned to produce 6 thousand tons of products per year, including 2.4 tons of chocolate and 3.6 tons of caramel and candy. Both facilities are located in the Karasai region. The opening of the enterprises was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Almas Aidarov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey Abzal Saparbekuly, Deputy Akim of the region Serik Turdaliev, Chairman of JSC “NC” KAZAKH INVEST “Meirzhan Yusupov.

Thus, the first project to organize the production of gas and electric stoves was implemented by one of the leading companies in Turkey “Femas Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S” together with Almaty Turmystyq Tehnika Zavody LLP.

Thanks to the launch of the company’s plant in the Almaty region, import dependence in this important direction will decrease.

According to the General Director of ATTZ LLP Abdulkasim Soyirkas, the new enterprise is aimed at the production of gas and electric stoves, burners and devices for furnaces. The company’s distributor partners are many large trading houses selling household appliances, including Technodom, Sulpak, Mechta, Fora and others. There are also 5 branded outlets. The new plant was opened in the village. Zharmukhambet.

Already in Kaskelen, the founder of Yakar LLP, Yakar Cengiz, explained that from the beginning the work was carried out in rented premises, but then he managed to build his own building, which now houses the new factory. Currently, it employs about 50 people. In the future, the number of jobs will be increased to 90.

Note that LLP “Yakar” is one of the largest manufacturers of confectionery products in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Today the assortment portfolio of the enterprise includes such confectionery products as caramel candies, chocolates, bars, dragees (peanuts), etc.

Recall that the regional akim Amandyk Batalov discussed the construction of a plant for the production of gas and electrical household appliances for the kitchen with Turkish investors in February last year. The result of this meeting was the opening of two modern enterprises, thanks to which investments were attracted to the region, the production of high-quality products with a worldwide reputation was established, and permanent jobs were created. The necessary assistance to Turkish partners in the implementation of these economically significant projects was provided by the Akimat of the Almaty Region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkey, JSC “NC“ KAZAKH INVEST ”and local executive bodies.
