The deputies of the Mazhilis agreed with the amendments of the Senate made to the draft law “On the republican budget for 2022-2024”.

According to Deputy Anatoly Boychin, the senators made 107 amendments to the draft law. “I want to note right away that the amendments introduced by the Senate do not change the main parameters of the republican budget for 2022-2024. Thus, due to the redistribution of the government’s reserve, expenditures of the republican budget in 2022 increased by 64.5 billion tenge, in 2023 – by 15.1 billion tenge, in 2024 – by 6.4 billion tenge,” Anatoly Boychin said at the plenary session.

The adopted document will be sent to the President of the country for signature.

The Majilis also approved the draft law “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of a new regulatory policy in the field of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, which was previously criticized by the Speaker of the Chamber Nurlan Nigmatulin, since the document did not give business the right to choose to provide reports in paper or digital form.

“During the work on the bill, the deputies made amendments aimed at establishing the possibility for entrepreneurs to use the right to choose the method of providing information tools not only in electronic form, but also on paper,” Deputy Syrym Yertayev said.
